What is included in the registration fee?
UNITE Conference

Wednesday, May 14 – Thursday May 15
Your registration fee for the UNITE Conference includes:

• Admission to scientific sessions
• Admission to poster hall
• Coffee/tea during breaks
• Light lunch

What is not included in the registration fee?
UNITE Dinner and Networking Event

Wednesday Evening, May 14
On the evening of May 14th we are hosting a networking & dinner event

• Admission to networking event
• Dinner

Payment Modalities

Payment of registration fees may be made in EURO by:

• Bank transfer to the congress account. After your online registration has been completed you will receive an invoice for the open amount to be paid. You will receive a separate confirmation of registration and payment once your payment has been credited to the conference bank account.
• Payments must be made within 14 days after the online registration has been completed.
• Payments must be made free of charge to the beneficiary in EURO.
• Clearly state the participant’s name and the conference number (D.10086100) on the transaction.

Cancellations and Refunds

Notice of cancellation must be made by email to the UNITE Conference at sfb1389@med.uni-heidelberg.de. The notification must include all relevant information regarding the bank account to which a possible refund may be made (incl. IBAN and BIC). Refunds will be made after the congress as follows:

For billing enquiries please send an email to sfb1389@med.uni-heidelberg.de. Refunds will only be made after the conference. In case of no show no refunds will be granted.

Photographs & Video Streaming

The organizer is entitled to use and publish photos and videos taken during the event for reports and/or future marketing materials without further consent from the participants. By registering for this event, participants agree that photographs, audio, or video recordings taken during the event, which may include recognizable images or voices, can be posted on the association's website. All recordings are handled sensitively and discreetly, and names will not be published. As the event takes place in a public space, we cannot prohibit participants, exhibitors, sponsors, or news organizations from photographing, filming, or recording certain event activities. The organizer reserves the right to use images taken at the event, including your photograph and/or likeness, on social media and/or in future marketing materials. The organizer is not responsible for the use of your image or likeness by individual attendees.
